Hi Don, I just wanted to thank you for a great experience I had in your store on Friday buying the Baden A style (The one I was beating myself up over, initially anyway). What a great visit! It was a real pleasure dealing with you and your staff today. I appreciated your addressing my concerns and making me feel comfortable with my purchase. I do not feel a bit concerned of any future concerns I may have and will revisit again.
